Jacqueline C. Lee, MD, is a reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist at Emory Reproductive Center. Dr. Lee graduated with the highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and subsequently received her medical degree from the UNC School of Medicine. As a medical student she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She then completed her OB/GYN Residency at Northwestern University in Chicago where she was awarded the Michael Newton award awarded to the resident who combines clinical excellence with concerns for the emotional and social needs of the patient. Following residency, Dr. Lee completed her Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Emory Reproductive Center.
During her fellowship training Dr. Lee collaborated with the CDC on multiple research projects including two published in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Trends and Outcomes of Embryo Donation and The Association of State Mandated Insurance Coverage on IVF Care Discontinuation). Dr. Lee has presented her research at multiple national scientific and clinical meetings, including American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She chose to join the REI faculty at Emory after fellowship because of the center’s exceptional commitment to high quality, compassionate and evidenced-based patient care.
Dr. Lee believes it’s important to meet her patients where they are and personalize their care based on the most important things to them. Her priorities are educating people about their reproductive potential and providing them with the most up-to-date, evidence-based information so they can make informed decisions about their treatment. She encourages the people she cares for to ask questions and to make sure they feel heard. For her part, she promises to listen and to be a source of ongoing support. Her goal is to help her patients achieve their goal and provide efficient, patient-centered care.
Dr. Lee is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Her clinical interests include infertility and fertility preservation. Outside of her medicine she enjoys travel, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Lee gave me the best care from any medical professional that I have ever had in my life. She was extremely thorough and answered every question or concern we had. She sat with us for an extended period of time and gave us more attention and care than I ever expected. Above and beyond hospitality, and she was extremely knowledgable. Not to mention, she laid out all of our options and set us up with an incredibly detailed plan for our fertility journey. I cannot explain how much I appreciated her care and how much hope she gave me and my husband as we try to conceive. |

I was extremely impressed by Dr. Lee. She was very friendly, answered every question I had, and made me feel completely confident that she wants to get to the bottom of the issues I'm having. I've had bad experiences with providers in the past that rushed me through appointments, didn't make me feel heard, and have even told me I'm lying about previous diagnosis. This wasn't the case with Dr. Lee at all. She took the time to get me and my husband, hear our story, and walked us through every step of what she was thinking. Her goal isn't just to help me get pregnant, but to help the baby stick and make sure that I'm safe as well. I've talked to several OBGYNS and primary cares about my pregnancy journey, but nobody, with the exception of Dr. Lee, seemed concerned about my health or current medical conditions that could cause issues both in pregnacy and postpartum. It made me feel really cared for as her patient and I feel extremely confident that I'm getting the best care possible! |

Dr. Lee was great. She is new so she was realllyyy empathetic. It made me feel like things are pretty bad for me but the other side of it could be that she wouldn't care. But she cared a lot and I really appreciate that. I just felt like things were sooo bad based on her responses. And maybe things are bad but I'm so used to my doctors being positive. Fertility Issues can be sad and she knows my prognosis better than me so maybe she was being appropriate |
