Carol Lipscomb, RN, BSN, OCN, BMTCN, is a nurse navigator at Winship Cancer Institute working with patients in the Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant Center. Her nursing career spans over more than 30 years. She began in inpatient service before transitioning to bone marrow transplantation where she was an inpatient nurse first and then moved to the clinic. Since 1992, she has been an integral part of the bone marrow transplantation team in providing outstanding patient care.
Education
Ms. Lipscomb received her BSN from Emory University's School of Nursing in Atlanta, Georgia. She is an Oncology Certified Nurse and a Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse.
