Maya Nadimpalli, PhD, MS, is an assistant professor in the Gangarosa Department of Environmental Health and Hubert Department of Global Health at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Dr. Nadimpalli is a member of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute.

Dr. Nadimpalli earned her PhD and her Master of Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Research
Dr. Nadimpalli is an environmental microbiologist with a focus on antibiotic resistance. She uses genomic and epidemiological approaches to investigate how community-level exposures can impact vulnerable populations’ colonization and infections with drug-resistant pathogens.
