I was very impressed by the doctor. My visit was for a second opinion. Not only did she listen to me, she thoroughly explained her thoughts on the available treatment options along with their risks and benefits. She took my concerns about side effects seriously and offered advice on managing them. Although, my treatment plan did not change, I have a much clearer understanding of my risk profile and why it's needed, so much so that I will be moving my care to Emory despite a much longer drive. |
