Dr. Richard Qiu is an assistant professor of medical physics in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Qiu is a member of the Discovery and Developmental Therapeutics Program at Winship Cancer Institute.
Education
Dr. Qiu earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He then pursued a postdoctoral fellowship in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Afterward, he joined the Cleveland Clinic as a research fellow in Medical Physics, where he also completed his Medical Physics residency.
