I'd recommend Dr Roser with the hesitations being the phone calls, scheduling visits and scheduling the surgery the wait time. These things are always bad. Terrible. And I've worked in healthcare for 25 years. My son's surgery date had been moved and nobody called me. Just stuff like that. But your clinic staff is great.

I've had better experiences with Dr. Roser in the past. He only popped in during the mold taking process when I was unable to talk or ask questions. He left to look at surgery scheduling options and never returned. I guess he assumed the resident would finish the conversation. The resident told me there were no sooner surgery dates and showed no sympathy for the months I'm waiting or the pain I'm in. The office visit notes stated that he discussed the surgery, care afterwards, and such, but this is simply wrong. Nothing else besides the date was discussed and that was a very terse conversation.

I have been under the care of Dr. Steven Roser and Dr. Steven Wang for months leading up to and also the after care for my double jaw surgery. I am so blessed to have these Dr's as they were truly the best. The surgery went very good, the care they provided to me was superior. Very caring and there for anything I needed. They were at the hospital every day/evening after my surgery. Dr. Roser gave me his personal cell number if I needed anything after my surgery when I was discharged from the hospital. I was quite nervous to have this surgery, but having Dr. Roser, Dr Wang and Dr. Moore made this experience less stressful and I knew they were there for me and truly cared. Their knowledge, skills and expertise is the absolute best and I would highly recommend these Dr's to everyone. They didn't ever make me feel rushed. They took their time to answer any and all questions and even took time to just talk with you as a friend. Truly amazing Doctors!
