It was the best experience. The doctor even had a model of the thyroid, which she used to explain my condition. We also went over my ultrasound showing me the size of my nodules. Then she explained my treatment course.

She showed no real concern. My blood sugars were extremely high at time of visit.Didn't believe me when I said that I couldn't feel my feet when she was testing them until she put pressure on to them. And then I knew she was just trying to get an answer out of me. Refused to refill a prescription because she thought I was lying about neuropathy In my feet.She did not want to hear my concerns regarding the medicine she is placing me on once a week. This is a prescription that has been in the news for paralyzing people's stomachs. I don't want to be on something like that.I take Novolog three times a day. She basically told me to take as much as I needed of this when I ate according to how much I was eating. What does this mean? I was told back in June while in the hospital to take 10ml, but she is telling me to take as much as I want. And no I am not making this up. After all this, she wants to see me back in three months; HOWEVER THERE ARE NO Appointments available again and if there were it won't be with endocrinologist department or hospital.

I have always had a great experience. She gives great insight and has always been very willing to deep dive in to results on bloodwork. She is the best endocrinologist that I've seen. She has changed my life.
