I love Dr. Yushak. I came to Emory at the suggestion of my oncologist in Austin TX because he had run out of treatment solutions and my cancer returned. Dr. Yushak treated me and so far I am cancer free again and have a new lease on life.In addition to her being a wonderful doctor who really knows her medicine, she has always treated me with care and compassion. I can't say enough good things about her.

Dr.Yushak is great. She's smart. She always has a thorough understanding of my current test results and always has recommendations If the scans reveal something noteworthy. She answers my questions. When I asked her where I could find more information about a particular issue, she made reference to a medical journal. She explained how to search for articles in that journal and that article in particular. She's the best. She listens quite well and she's smart as a whip! Few doctors exhibit both qualities as well as Dr. Yushak!

Doctor's question was if I had reviewed my test results on My Chart. I had and thought results looked good. Think better approach would have been for her to explain to me results then ask if I had any questions. Felt I was responsible for diagnosis.
