Kiranj Chaudagar, PhD, is an instructor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Chaudagar’s work focuses on developing a novel therapeutic strategy to overcome TAM-mediated immunosuppression by targeting TAM checkpoints and eventually mount autologous anti-tumor immune response. He is a member of the Cancer Immunology Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
Education
Dr. Chaudagar earned his PhD in pharmacology from Dharmsinh Desai Institute of Technology in India. Following this, he completed his postdoctoral training in cancer immunology at the University of Chicago. Prior to his PhD, he received his master's in pharmacology from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India.
