William Read, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist who cares for patients with bone and soft-tissue sarcomas and brain tumors at Winship Cancer Institute at Emory Midtown.
Dr. Read earned his undergraduate degree at Carleton College and received his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in Hematology and medical oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Read is an associate member of the Discovery and Developmental Therapeutics Research Program at Winship Cancer Institute. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

It's impossible to communicate with this doctor; I have tried emailing through the portal about serious questions and one email has been unacknowledged for a YEAR and the other for about six months. Impossible to get in touch with oncologist, takes several days to hear back regarding abnormal lab results |
