Alyssa M. Krasinskas, MD, is Professor and serves as Vice Chair of Special Programs and Innovation in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Krasinskas serves as Director of QA (Anatomic Pathology) at Emory University Hospital. Her clinical focus includes gastrointestinal, pancreatobiliary and hepatic pathology.
Dr. Krasinskas earned her MD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. After obtaining her MD, Dr. Krasinskas completed both her residency and fellowship in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

Dr. Krasinskas's research interests include molecular pathogenesis treatment effect, classification and staging of ampullary tumors, molecular pathogenesis, mesotheliomas and mucinous adenocarcinomas, and liver allograft rejection.
Patients who are treated in outpatient and inpatient environments are eligible to receive a survey related to their individual care.
