The 2025 Friends of Winship Fashion a Cure Fashion Show on April 29 raised $465,000—the highest amount in the event’s history—to support research at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in cancers that affect women and their care.
More than 500 guests attended the event, which was held at the Piedmont Driving Club in Atlanta, and included a fashion show, live auction, raffle and a luncheon.
The show featured fashions from local boutiques and designers modeled by cancer survivors, caregivers, physicians, researchers and volunteers. Each model carried a colored rose with red designated for survivors, yellow for loved ones and caregivers and orange in memory of a loved one.

“We are incredibly proud and grateful to see this year’s Fashion a Cure Fashion Show set a new fundraising record,” says Suresh Ramalingam, MD, FACP, FASCO, executive director of Winship Cancer Institute. “Thanks to the unwavering support of our community partners, Friends of Winship and dedicated team members, these funds will help support groundbreaking research in women’s cancers and bring new hope to patients and families.”
Lynne Rankin, Jennifer Raulet and Ashley Whitehurst co-chaired the event. During the program, the chairs shared their personal connection to cancer, adding, “We are so honored to support the research that gives hope to those facing cancer.”
The Fashion a Cure Fashion Show has raised nearly $3.5 million since 2013.
