I wrote in the previous answer, the interactions with Lisa are awkward. She is nice but I don't feel like she listens to what I'm asking. The answers she gives show she didn't listen or didn't understand what I was asking.

This could have been done over the phone and only taken 10-15 minutes. Instead I have to spend 3 hours driving, 1 hour waiting in one room or another just to have a 15 minute conversation to tell me about colonoscopies. Wasteful
