A board-certified surgeon and fellowship-trained surgical oncologist, Mohammad Zaidi, MD, MS, specializes in the minimally invasive surgical management of gastrointestinal malignancies, including cancer of the pancreas, liver, and biliary system. He is an expert in using the hepatic artery infusion pump to treat intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and colorectal liver metastases. He is an attending physician at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Emory University Hospital Midtown and collaborates with the gastrointestinal oncology team at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
Dr. Zaidi is an assistant professor in the Division of Surgical Oncology in the Department of Surgery at Emory University School of Medicine.
He received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. He completed his residency in general surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and a Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina.
