Overview
The Emory Integrated Proteomics Core provides protein analytical services by cutting edge mass spectrometry.
The main technology platform is nanocapillary liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry for highly sensitive protein identification, posttranslational site mapping, and protein quantification. Our current turnaround time is two weeks or less. Numerous computational tools have also been developed for high throughput data processing.
Our priority is to serve the needs of investigators at Emory University, but is also capable of service outside users.
For more information or to request service, contact Pritha Bagchi, PhD, Associate Scientist, via email or Duc Duong, Technical Director, via email.
